How Does Telephone Scheduling Work?

Telephone counseling is
often more convenient than in-office counseling. With telephone counseling
you can schedule a confidential appointment at a time and location that suits
your busy schedule – whether you are at home, in your office, or during a
business trip or vacation
For clients who want to
resolve issues about embarrassing problems, telephone counseling provides greater confidentiality than conventional face-to-face counseling.

Since your counselor telephones you for each session, you are not charged for
the cost of the telephone call unless you request that the counselor call your
cell phone or you have metered calling on your phone line. In those cases, all
cell phone or metered phone charges are the responsibility of the client.
During the initial telephone session, you will be asked to provide the
telephone number that your counselor should call in order to contact you for your
telephone counseling session.
The counselor calls you at the agreed upon appointment time.

What Are the Payment
Options?
There are three payment options.
We accept payments via credit card using our website's secure electronic
processing. To use this payment option, please go to the
Gallery on our website.
We also accept payments by check or money order. To use one of
these
payment options, please send all checks and money orders -- made payable to CCS
Training Services -- to our offices at 850
Euclid Avenue; Suite 425; Cleveland, Ohio 44114
To keep costs at a minimum, we do not invoice our clients. Payment for each telephone counseling session
must be made before the beginning of each session.
We recommend that clients
plan ahead when making payments by check or money order to ensure receipt of
payment before the day of the appointment.
For your convenience, you can prepay any number of sessions.

Telephone us at 216-830-0977 if you'd like to arrange a free 15 minute phone
consultation to discuss services and the options that may work best for you.
When you call for your initial 15-minute consultation, you will talk directly
with your counselor to help you determine whether the counselor and the service
are right for you. Have your questions ready. No personal questions for the
counselor, please.
Your counselor will ask the following questions:
1. To help you decide if telephone counseling is for you, the counselor will ask
for a brief description of your concerns that you would like to discuss in
counseling
2. To help determine if this is the right service for you, the counselor will
ask for your responses to the Prospective Client Questionnaire.
